PI-Master Pricing Information

Personal Injury Case Management

 

We are all experiencing the "crunch" that the volatile economy is having on our society.  In our efforts to help stem the cost of doing business, TT&P is proud to announce that a new (and lower) pricing structure has been developed for our personal injury software.  Along with the new release (Version 6),  PI-Master will now enjoy the following pricing structure that we feel will meet the needs of almost all of our clients and their specific law office practice.

These listed price reductions may change at anytime so therefore we suggest you take advantage of our generous offerings while they still exist.  Any extra special sale amounts are listed in RED and are subject to going in or out on a rather random basis.  These Red Tag Specials must be purchased  when the sale prices are visible.

As you can see by the chart above, pricing is determined largely by the number of cases you expect to handle per month.  This is your "Caseload".  This arrangement allows even the smallest of offices to enjoy the benefits of a highly professional case management system on a budget. 

 

For example:  If you took in 20 cases in the month of June and you were subscribed to the "Starter  Plan", each case would have cost you less than $5.00 per case.  That's a ridiculously low fee to pay for a system that will do so much for you in the management of the case.  Note that this fee (as calculated) is for a new case only. At the beginning of each month, your caseload allotment is RESET to zero (0). This allows you to "take in" a new set of your full monthly caseload.  We do not continue to charge you each month for cases that are already in your system.  Watch out for this "trick" from other vendors.

 

In brief, you may decide to make low monthly payments or complete your financial obligation as a one time PrePayment transaction.  In either case, we feel that the Caseload Allotments are extremely liberal and the choice is yours.

 

We don't want you to spend more than you need to spend, however please note the following tips when picking your payment plan.

 

If your projected caseload falls in the middle of a category, let's say that number is 9-12, then it is fairly safe to say that all you would need is the "Starter Plan".  However if history shows that you vary from 16 to 24 cases per month, then you really need to pick the "Unlimited Plan".  The best business practice is to pick the plan that will cover ALL of your expected needs.  If you on occasion run over your monthly allotment, we may make an adjustment to your account to assure you that you are still capable of handling a particularly good (but unexpected) month.  Just give us a call.

 

Note that monthly plans are continual.  Offices may switch later from a monthly subscription to a one time fixed payment arrangement, however any monthly subscription fees already paid are not credited towards the newly selected plan.  Monthly plans are, as you might suspect, provided for the convenience of law offices who can plan and budget around a fixed monthly fee.

 

The PrePayment plan cuts down tremendously on our need to follow-up each month and do an accounting for those offices.  We pass the savings onto you and your financial obligation is fixed and will not be a factor in your monthly activities.  An office may, if your business grows, “move up” from one PrePayment Plan to a higher level.  All that will be required is to pay the difference in the two plans as noted above.  This also would be just a one time charge.

 

With either plan, your expenses are a direct cost of you doing business and you are therefore entitled to take the appropriate deductions when tax season approaches.  Your tax advisor would be the best one to suggest arrangements that  maximize your benefits.

 

In either event, 100% of our clients have found that the inclusion of our software has increased their ability to take on more cases with the same personnel or for some, the software has allowed an office to shave some monthly fees in personnel costs because PI-Master will prove to be one of the most productive aspects of your business. 

 

Even "one" or "two" man/woman offices will be able to effectively manage their businesses with the help of PI-Master.  Data entry is quick and easy and the layout of the program will feel very familiar.  PI-Master will also be there when your business grows and you require the help of others (e.g. like temps)  to maintain your competitive edge.


Our Most Often FAQ:

How is Support Handled within the different Pay Plans?

We really pride ourselves on our ability/desire to give you excellent support.  Although there is written documentation and web based support we have found that people still want to be able to talk to a real live human being.  We certainly understand why.  In fact that's how we like to be treated also.

With that said, it's still a practical matter that live help is extremely costly and its ongoing cost must be factored into the costs of the daily operations.  First we ask that all clients try to seek answers to their questions within the above named sources "first". Then if help is still needed please feel free to call us at 323-292-0235.

The Monthly Plan is an ongoing expense and your support is factored into that monthly fee.

  • During the first 30 days, support is provided free of charge.

  • For the Starter Plan     :  You may receive up to 20 minutes of free support each week.

  • For the Unlimited Plan :  You may receive up to 40 minutes of free support each week.

  • Only if maximum free support is exceeded: Billable support is at a rate of $25.00 per half hour with a half hour minimum. Unused time does not roll over to the following week.

  • Normal product updates are free of charge.

  • Quick two minute conversations are never charged a fee.


The PrePayment Plan is a one time charge and is generally for the office that wants to save the most amount of money and tends to believe that their staff is competent in resolving computer based problems on their own. 

  • During the first 30 days, support is provided free of charge.  After that, Billable support is at a rate of $25.00 per half hour with a half hour minimum.

  • Some product updates may be free (under this plan) because they contain some needed fixes. More aggressive Product Updates may require a nominal fee according to the type and scope of the update.

  • Quick two minute conversations are never charged a fee.

 

Please Note! It is not our intention to "make money" off of support issues.  In most cases you will find our giving of support to be very liberal.  We do however have to cover ourselves with a billable plan that can be enacted for those who continuously try to abuse the system.
